Return and Refunds
Communication and Refunds :
- We will notify you if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed.
- If we cannot process your order within 30 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank's resolution period.
- Your refund will be reflected in the source account within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
- Customers have to return a product in 3 days upon confirmation from the customer support team only if the product is damaged in transit.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery or returned refund will not be processed.
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders : If a cancellation request is received within 1 hour after placing the order and the order is yet to be processed, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
NOTE : We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Cancellation of Processed Orders : Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases where a post-processing cancellation is approved, a credit note equal to the order value will be issued, which can be redeemed for future purchases on our website.
Allergies & Product Suitability :
- Please read the ingredient list carefully and perform a patch test before use.
- We do not offer returns or refunds for allergic reactions, personal preferences, fragrance dislikes, or natural color variations.
Order Cancellation by Us : We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or product information errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- If your order is cancelled by us after payment, we will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, and the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method or alternate method.
