Shipping policy & Cancellation

At Varshika Aayu Naturals, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time.

Order Processing :

All online orders with a final cart value of ₹250 or above will be processed. A minimum shipping charge of ₹40 applies and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
During festivals, holidays, or sale periods, processing may take a little longer.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Within India :

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Xpress Bee, Delhivery or equivalent logistics providers.

International Orders :

Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellation :

Once an order is confirmed, shipping address and order details cannot be modified.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted at our discretion.

Delivery Issues :

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof to help us resolve any issues quickly.
